Delivery time
We strive to ensure that all the products at MyanmarMade.com are available to you as
quickly as possible. Some of the products you find on our site can be scheduled for early
delivery if we already have stock at your location. Typical delivery times are 4 to 6 weeks or longer. Please note these are
estimates only. We are subject to suppliers’ own schedules of production and
cannot be held responsible for their delay.
Damaged goods
You should inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that your order is complete,
the accompanying paperwork is in order, and that the items are undamaged by their journey.
In exceptional circumstances, a product may arrive
suffering minor wear and tear from the shipping process, or even a minor defect that
occurred at the suppliers. Please note that you must report any damage immediately
upon delivery by contacting us at shipping@myanmarmade.com.
MyanmarMade.com takes no responsibility for any damage reported 24 hours following
delivery.
In all cases where a product is reported damaged, you
must keep the original cartons or packages that your order was shipped in, as these will
be required should the item need to be returned to its original supplier for
replacement. Any return must also contain all accompanying materials.
Cancellations
For items, once you place an order at MyanmarMade.com, we check that the product is
available to the specifications you require, that the payment option is verified and that
all of your shipping information is verified. This process takes us approximately 4
days or longer. The order is then placed, and production starts immediately.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 4 days, we will be able to
confirm cancellation without penalty.
However, once the order has been processed by
MyanmarMade.com, the supplier will start to work immediately to fulfill your order and
MyanmarMade.com is obligated to take delivery of the final product(s). For this reason,
any cancellation after the first 4 days following your order being made will result in the
loss of the deposit (20 percent of the value of merchandise) on your order.
MyanmarMade.com reserves the right, at any time, to
modify, alter or update these policies, and you agree to be bound by such modifications,
alterations, or updates. |
